Health Programme Focus

2025 Annual Report

The 2025 Annual Report focuses on GRiD’s health programming, particularly the My Body, My Future initiative, highlighting progress in reproductive health awareness, community engagement, and youth empowerment. The report includes implementation insights and a financial summary reflecting targeted program delivery.

we reached 402 participants with menstrual health messages, sensitized over 300 parents and guardians, engaged 89 youth in reproductive health awareness, supported 5 partner schools to improve learning environments, and collaborated with 3 faith institutions to strengthen community engagement.

2024 Annual Report

GRiD’s 2024 Annual Report highlights transformative results across education, health, and community participation (P4D), including the engagement of 497 community members in accountability initiatives, strengthened transparency in 15 schools, mobilisation of UGX 9.3 million for local development, and restored access to clean water for 1,034 learners—demonstrating the power of community-led solutions to create lasting change.
