Our mission is to work with Indigenous communities to improve access to meaningful social and economic services that support sustainable growth and resilience. How we deliver our mission
GRiD equips communities with the skills, resources, and networks they need to identify priorities and implement locally owned initiatives. We strengthen school governance, support community fundraising, and work with youth and women to lead sustainable projects.
Through training, catalytic support, and community-led monitoring systems, GRiD helps local initiatives grow into sustainable long-term solutions.

We envision a future where communities across Uganda and East Africa lead their own development journeys with dignity and agency. Schools are well-managed and inclusive, youth have meaningful opportunities, and women play central roles in local decision-making.
